Kate specializes in organizational change, culture and effectiveness, and learning. Kate is skilled in finding the patterns in teams, organizations and individual behaviours which make the difference in delivering key business and people results.

Kate has worked for more than 20 years as both an internal and external consultant in public, private and non-profit fields as diverse as healthcare and medical devices, utilities, policing, financial services, and higher education. Her long-term interest in organizational culture and the integration of systems with complexity-conscious approaches continues to challenge her to be more creative and targeted in the ways in which she helps leaders and organizations enact their purpose.

Kate has an MA in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from the University of Guelph, and is an Associate of the Human Systems Dynamics Institute. She is a long-term member of the Institute for Performance and Learning.

With over 20 years of experience leading complex, multi-interest holder initiatives, Karen has a proven track record of transforming complex data and findings into clear, actionable tools and insights.  She has provided strategic planning, including data and analytics strategies, and facilitation services to various charities, universities, and mission-driven organizations.  Karen combines strategic insight with hands-on delivery.

Karen has held senior leadership roles at Harvard University, McMaster University, and the University of Guelph. Additionally, she served as the Chief Planning and Administrative Officer for the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research and as Chief of Data Insights and Research Services at Trillium Health Partners. Outside of her professional commitments, Karen enjoys volunteering in her community and serves as a board member for the YMCA of Three Rivers and 10C Shared Space.

Lorraine Randell is a systemic design and innovation consultant who helps organizations move from strategy to implementation. For more than a decade, she has worked across the public, private, and non-profit sectors with partners including the Canadian Armed Forces Joint Special Operations Command, RBC, UNICEF Canada, the City of Toronto, the Waterloo Wellington LHIN, and the Province of Nova Scotia. 

With a Master of Design in Strategic Foresight and Innovation from OCAD University, Lorraine combines academic rigour with deep practical expertise to tackle today’s most complex systems challenges. She is recognized for leading multi-stakeholder initiatives and for designing collaborative processes that align executives, staff, and communities around shared goals. Her expertise spans systemic design, foresight, business and innovation design, human-centered research, and operational evaluation—enabling leaders to bridge long-term vision with day-to-day realities and demonstrate measurable impact.

As the Founder and Leadership Consultant at Motivate, Build & Grow, Miriam combines her extensive experience and credentials in the science and healthcare fields with her passion and expertise in coaching and leadership development. She provides customized and evidence-based solutions for individuals and organizations in these sectors, helping them to achieve their goals, overcome their challenges, and grow as leaders. 

Miriam's approach is based on her qualifications as a PhD in Medicine, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), an Organization and Relationship Systems Coach (ORSC), and a Human Systems Dynamics Practitioner (HSDP), as well as her competencies in communication and conflict resolution, productivity and resilience, women's empowerment, and relational systems coaching. Miriam's mission is to inspire, enable, and facilitate leaders' transformation.

Principal Consultant of Burke Kelly Consulting. Bridget specializes in integrating multiple kinds of information, analysis, and engagement to grapple with complex questions for strategy, policy, and evaluation. She combines extensive experience in collaborative processes with deep subject matter expertise in issue areas at the intersection of science and society.

Bridget's formal education includes training in medicine and developmental neurobiology through an MD and PhD from Duke University, preceded by a BA from Williams College. She is also a dancer and choreographer, and an experienced grassroots arts administrator.
