Our Story
GlastonTor Consulting was founded by Kate Webster, MA (I/O Psych) in 2004, and since then has worked with corporate, public sector and non-profit clients to tackle challenging issues in the areas of organizational readiness, change management, leadership development, organizational culture, structure and processes.
We hold a shared belief in people-centred and systemic approaches to the work. We know your teams are complex systems, operating inside broader complex systems. We know that when the conditions are right, they can be much more then “the sum of their parts”. Our understanding of complex adaptive systems informs all our work, enabling us to intervene in ways which fit with the many and competing forces acting on your teams or organization. We consider what will work best for your specific context AND look at the impact of change on the broader team or organization. We look for the small, pragmatic changes that will make the most difference for you.
